Here's a link to the video of Donovan's goal for those who haven't seen it. It comes around the 2:20 mark.

Does anyone have FSC in HD yet?

I've got Dish and they aren't offering it yet apparently.

It's coming in March and it will be a separate channel called FSC plus.

Good, tired of seeing the FSC HD logo during games and wondering why I don't have it yet.

Togo have been banned from the next two African Nations Cup due to "governmental interference", in there decision to pull there team out after been attacked in Angola.

I'm not sure what to think of this. Either way after this WC, Africa probably will not be hosting another one for the next 50 years.

Depending on how things go this summer, I can see Egypt organizing within the next 25 years.

Are you sure about that? My understanding is that FSC+ will have different programming (probably good number of games that Setanta has now) and FSC and FSC+ will both be offered in HD.

Yet another reason that I'm skeptical of SA2010 going off without a hitch.

If we could have traveling fan support like we had in Kaiserslautern in 2006, I'd be stoked. It would be amazing and a real lift for our side. Instead, looks like it's counting on ex-pats, local support and 100 guys from Sam's Army.

Weak.

Also, its crap that the England match is being held a a stadium that has a track around it. That kills the atmosphere.

That's a joke. Their [expletive] bus was attacked by a group of people with guns and a couple people died and their goalkeeper was injured. It's not like they pulled out of the tournament for no reason. The idiots who decided on the ban need to sit back and think about this for a second. Even if you don't like why they pulled out, it's not as if they had a couple weeks to think about whether to play or not. They had a couple days. No reason to ban them from the next two tournaments.

I see Nani decided to play like he had a pair today. Completely the difference between the teams.

Arsenal simply can't beat United or Chelsea, they don't have the defense to do it. They were having their way with the United midfield in the first 25 minutes, Wes Brown looked like he scared of Arshavin's speed. They need van Persie back, as they have no size. They've had plenty of chances, just couldn't find the net. Poor finishing all day.

It's too bad that his "goal" was technically an own goal because it would have been a candidate for goal of the year.

Definitely not sure. I hope you're right.

Adu set up EJ for a goal today for Aris.

On a pitch worse than most MLS pitches, in a stadium worse than most MLS stadiums. Against competition probably similar.

That pitch was ass-awful. That stadium's attendance was pathetic. That team is equivalent to like the KC Wizards.

And yet I'm just pleased Adu saw the pitch. I could give an ish about EJ but Adu still has a chance at a future role.
