Am I the only one who pictures Dusty sitting in the dugout thinking " There's no way we lose this game - look at all the baseclogging they've been doing!!!"

Why is Mabry hitting ahead of Barrett?

My only guess is Dusty looks at numbers and doesn't recognize sample size.

Barrett 1-7 against Kim coming into taday's game.

Mabry 1-1 against Kim coming into today's game.

Dusty said he moved Barrett down in the order because it was a day game after a night game.

I'm almost positive Dusty is going to leave even if JH wanted him back after the season. It seems like for his pride, he doesn't want to get fired. Now that he is allowed to remain to the end of the year, he can now say he "left" the team and wasnt fired. Actually according to his comments to the trib last night, hes already saying that

Hit and run with Barrett running? Brilliant...

There were 3 balls on Murton. If he couldn't hit it because it was a ball, he should have let it go. (Although, if you're worried about Barrett being tired with the day game, I don't know why you would start him 5 times in a row and make him even more tired).
