The Official Go A's Thread

Since I hate Bonds and the Giants, the A's are my "hometown" team. They let their good players go and still manage to contend every year.

 

And I started this thread because of the Rangers and Angels threads.

I root for the A's because I like Billy Beane and I like the philosophies they employ over there.

 

That and Nick Swisher is dreamy.

I'm with the A's. There's a road-sweeper I see sometimes on my way into work and he wears a particularly battered A's cap... always brightens my day, and spikes into the dirge of Yankees paraphernalia that clogs up the town.
