yeah, my starting pitching has been good for once...and i even left harang's 30 point shutout on the bench.

I'm down 17+ pts going into today and have a 3-2 disadvantage on starts! Not looking good. I'll need some big offense and I wouldn't mind a couple bad starts for PotM.

should be a close finish w/ raw and nsbb today too. two nsbb starts vs. none for raw.

 

wow, i just realized that i'm tied for the highest score of the week...my team was terrible until thursday. scoring's down across the board.

I'm actually getting 2 good starts thus far, but my hitters are terrible! 2-3 have scores in the negative.

If I can get anything from Escobar and Oswalt, I should be able to pull this one out. Raw had awful luck with his starters. It's not often you see someone go 1.2 IP with only 3 H and 2 BB -- yet six runs allowed.

Giambi AND Chavez sit today! Ugh! I'm up by 6pts, but PotM still has a start with Vasquez going for the White Sox. Then he has Thome, Podsednik and Wilson going tonight.

 

Doesn't look good for me. Unless, the White Sox get spanked by Houston and Wilson sits and watches it happen.

After a save by Julio and the L added to Escobar, I'm up about 16 with Oswalt going, and points still coming off from Escobar's total bases. So, Oswalt has to get a quality start and NO loss, while not getting any help from Berkman offensively.

Getting real interesting. Oswalt is 1 inning away from a QS. With a 6-1 lead is pretty much guaranteed a win right now. He also has thrown 78 pitches thru 5, so a CG is not likely. Berkman also hit a 2-run HR to increase the margin. Up to date stats have me up 14 right now.

Wow! I may slide by and win this thing! Vasquez gives up 9ER almost guaranteeing a negative score and I'm still up by alittle less then 4. I can't believe it.

 

There's quite a few really close scores out there. Scoring looks way down!

Out of nowhere, I've pulled to within 10 points. Iguchi has gone wild tonight, scoring 18 points for me. I'm not sure if I can pull it out after deductions for total bases allowed or not.

HELLS YEAH! I shoulda beat Tim last year too, for his only loss, but I played him in the week that I moved and didn't have internet access to make a change which would have won me the game.
