Any News on Miller????

Recommended Posts

RHP Wade Miller (shoulder surgery), who threw 60 pitches in a Rookie League game in Arizona on May 27, was shut down last week after experiencing stiffness and soreness. Miller is recovering from shoulder surgery and could make a bullpen session sometime this week. Prospects of him returning in June seem dim.

Miller has resumed throwing.

Wade Miller (shoulder) threw 31 pitches during a simulated game on Saturday.

"He threw two innings, 31 pitches. He has rebounded really well," pitching coach Larry Rothschild said. "As far as what they are telling me, the ball is coming out of his hand as well as it ever has." Miller is still several weeks from joining the Cubs' rotation. Jun. 11 - 9:05 am et
