Ok, I think I'm officially bad luck.

Last year was the first time I became really interested in baseball, and started to follow the Cubs. I watched occasionally, but I was never all that interested.

Whenever I turn on the television and watch the Chicago Cubs, they do horrible. I turned in on the 2003 playoffs, I regretted it.

Last year was horrible. This year may be worse.

Maybe I should give up fandom and give you guys a chance at happiness.

You're not bad luck. It's this organization that has no clue. They give Hendry an extension for this!?? Anybody can do better than that jokester. Terrible offseason.

HAHA what a joke this team is. 1 hit we've got against Chan Ho Park!! Yes, Park with the 5ERA coming into this game.

Park is 8-4 lifetime against the CUBS.

That doesn't make me feel any better. That being said how many times has he pitched to these guys whom are on this team now? Probably not much.

Terrible offseason.

The previous offseason was nothing to write home about, either.

Yup. So let's all get happy and give mediocre players and GM's contract extensions!

Ump completely blew that call.

No, he didn't, Walker didn't have his foot on the plate.

Right. He had it on first.

If we had 8 runs right now, it wouldn't matter.

Yeah, ok. You know what I meant. His foot was not on the base.

I knew his foot wasn't on the plate. Cubs players don't step on home plate.
