I'm not opposed to blowing up the entire team and doing a Marlins-esque move. Really, with all the money Hendry have to work with this offseason there is no other way to look at it but dissapointing.

even with Lee, we'd be losing all of these games. The pitching is just not there and one guy can't carry your offense forever (even though Lee tried his best last year).

I'm almost for sending Guzman and Hill back down...letting them tear up some bad AAA hitters and then trading them...obviously this MLB work isn't showcasing them...every pitch they throw their value drops...

 

I disagree with you on Guzman. I think he's rusty, but his "patterns" are pretty normal for a pitcher who will be very good one day. He'll be unhittable one inning with GREAT stuff, but then lose control the next.

 

Hill is AAAA pitcher. He has one major league pitch.

 

You're probably right...but if I could get Cabrerra and/or Abreu in a deal that involved him...i'd do it in a hearbeat.
