Dude, just look at the stats. Neifi saved us.

 

It would probably take a little while before Barrett could actually play at 1B since he probably hasn't gotten any work over there. In the meantime, I think we may seen Barrett making some earlier than normal exits in games where the Cubs have a decent lead in order to save him.

 

Or he could just play every inning. Randy Hundley did it.
