There is no FSN chicago, only CSN chicago now, but its not on that channel anyway. If it was it would be blacked out anyway, but its on one of Fox's alternate channels. I wonder if there is a way to pirate these games lol

Get direct TV, and ask an out-of-state friend or relative to let you use their address for billing. Then another area's games will be blacked out and not your own.

 

I wonder how much my area could have to do with my getting blacked out Im on the other side of the country from Chicago. Ridiculous.

You shouldn't be getting blacked out, I thought blackouts only occured to local events. Maybe because half of ST is in Florida, they're blacking out alot of ST games, and someone didn't realize that this game is actually in AZ instead of FL. Who knows...weird.
