If you have tickets picked and then get booted, hit the back button back to the ticket selection screen and try picking tickets again

No, you can pick a different game if you click the 'schedule' link on the top (its small). That's what I just did to get my bleacher tickets to the Sunday Sox game since Saturday was up to the nosebleeds.

After I got in and got tickets to the Cards game and they didn't like either of my credit cards they haven't let me back in! :) :) :)

i meant by hitting back. I tried to hit back after a timeout and pick a new one and it kicked me.

Saturday was like that at 10:03 when I first got in. There was nothing good and I could only get 3 bleacher seats. That game is probably sold out by now.

I know a lot of us are buying six tickets to any game just because that's the max. Maybe we could have a ticket swap for people who purchased more than they need but get shut out for other games.

Yeah, this year is much different than last year. At this time last year I already had 6 bleacher tickets to the White Sox and 2 sweet seats to the Red Sox. Those were the days....it better open up soon. I got class at 1!

You have to just keep trying with the credit cards, I think their system is overloaded.

Keep the faith everyone. Last year, it eased up in the afternoon and there were some good seats still available for some games...even summer games.

ideally, id like to get tickets to 2 games in a weekend series during the summer. i dont care who they play. i think im currently trying for detroit.

I've noticed from last year and this year that there seem to be several stages of ticket buying:

 

1) Anticipation

2) Glee/Hope <-- Glee if you've got tickets, hope if you don't

3) Glee/Frustration

4) Glee/Hopelessness <-- at this point you can go back up to stage 2 if you hear of someone else getting tickets later in the day

5) Glee/Anger at the system, Jealousy toward those who have tickets

6) Glee/Resignation

 

I'm still at stage 2. For the moment.

Well last year there were people with multiple windows that didn't get in all day. I'm sure the multiple windows increases your chances a little bit, but when you have thousands of people all trying to get tickets (and a lot of them using multiple windows) your chances don't increase that much by having 1 window as opposed to 30. I'm not sure why some people have extremely good luck while others have none. I don't even have a logical guess as to why.

I began to type it's going to be like last year and I won't get in until like 1:00 PM. Then I got in June 17 and 18.
