I think we should do a set number of players. For example, I have McNabb and Owens, and they both only played about half the year. They were great when they were in there, but cumulative they are equal to Tom Brady. That strikes me as a bit unfair that I get to keep both those guys at the same cost as O_O would to keep Mr. Brady.

I thought when we started we said we would keep three players. I think we should keep it that way.

Yeah, IMB said that we were going to have 3 keepers at the beginning of the season.

I was thinking about this earlier. Since, at the draft, we will already have our keepers, should we just do it like a straight draft? It would make sense since theoretically, the guys at the end of the draft will have better keepers than the guys at the front.

That would be true if we were keeping entire teams...but some of the weaker teams may have just as good of keepers when limited to three, it may have been the rest of the team that dragged them down.

 

My team for example...my success was due to my entire team...while I have some good players, I don't think I will have a decided advantage when only keeping three.

 

But for example, Roast will at least have LT among his keepers which is a great start to build around and will also have the third pick among what the good teams discard.

 

I think we should snake draft, but I also think maybe instead of everyone randomly announcing his keepers, we should start with the top team and select keepers from our team in that order on down. That way the bottom teams would have the knowledge of the other teams' keepers when making their selections.

Not really. You got screwed this year because of them missing time.
