    I personally think this thing is overblown. When Rusch or other pitchers throw balls down the middle, pitcher or not if the contact is good they are gone.

    I hope Guzman pitches lights out again. I would really like to see him in our rotation. I think most of us have been waiting for him to be on our rotation for a long time now. Go Guz!

    I was one of the people who wasn't so happy about the 3rd year on the contract but so far he has pitched very well and proving me wrong. That being said that 9mil could have been used to put that money towards another SP. Maddux is reliable and with Z pitching bad and the annual injuries to Wood and Prior you won't hear me complain about this contract anymore.

HER: I'm in town from Monroe, LA. ME: Really? I know someone from Monroe. HER: Oh? Who? ME: (crap. What am i talking about? I don't "know" him. I mean, I kinda do, I guess. But not really.) His name is Vance. HER: Vance? Vance what? ME: (meekly) Vance Thecubsfan. Classic!
