Z vs Milton That game should be a bajillion to 2 victory for the Cubs. Milton sucks. I dont know how to judge tomorrow... But remember the 9-inning No hitter against Phillies in 2004? I remember, and if I remember correctly, the Cubs came back and won that game. What's weird is I remember actually being on a rowboat fishing in the Fox river when the no hitter almost took place. Wasn't it Barrett who broke it up? It's been a while.

I wonder if it is the age of the team which makes it so inconsistent because you are right. We have seen this team play better than the Spurs and then lay an egg against some of the worst teams in this league. Our defense has gotten better recently and we are showing more intensity. I think we really need a big man in C next year who can at least score.

Let's stop the Neifi hating. Everytime he's played he's done well. He's one of the worst hitters EVER in baseball. He doesn't belong on a World Series contending team. Which I guess is why's he's on ours. :? :lol: :lol:

Listen, I'm high on Marshall and I'm glad he made the team believe me, but When your 1 and 2 is Z and Maddux and your 3 4 5 is Rusch, Williams and Marshall there is reason to be worried.

After watching Rusch and Sean Marshall pitch the last 2 games, without Prior and Wood we aren't going anywhere.
