    How can you be optimistic about the Sisco situation? He landed on a team that can afford to keep him on the 25 man. Regardless of Sisco's problems in the past. He has the potential to be a dominant starter. I dont know about you guys but I hate seeing any kind of talent leaving our farm system.

    He looked very good. Considering he was brought into a game with the Royals already trailing 7-1, it appears they are going to ease him in with mop up duty. I'm pretty sure at this point he's as good as gone. Awesome, 2 appearences and he's gone! Because no rookie, especially one who's skipping 3 levels, has ever had any tough times his rookie year. The Royals are very high on him and have the space to keep him.

    So far Sisco has pitched 2.1 scoreless innings agianst the Angels. No hits allowed.

    Well I hope he does good but I would prefer for him to be returned to us before he does it.

    Why do you hope he tanks? I'm not familiar with Sisco, please inform me as to why there is such concern on this board about his performance. The worse he does the sooner he will be returned to the Cubs. Hopefully.

    No, that was John Connolly the Cubs got from the Tigers -- but Mr. Fleita named Connolly alongside Marshall as a possible fast-mover this year. I wasn't at all surprised he named Marshall, but Connolly caught me off-guard there... Thanks.

    Excellent stuff. Reading that makes feel better about our prospects. Didn't we pick up Marshall from the tigers last year? Seems like him and Murton (Nomar trade) were good pickups for us.
