If Hendry gets an impact bat that will make a difference then yeah, go for it. But, if he overpays for a mediocre bat I think the Cubs are going to have a problem depending on who he trades. If Hendry can aquire a solid righty hitter without giving up a lot that would be fine. Personally, I'd like to see who would be interested in Williamson, Perez, Williams, Hairston, Pierre and Jones. Plus, Wood when he gets off the DL....hopefully he'll give some teams the illusion he can pitch and stay healthy and the Cubs can move him to Texas. I think trading a combination of these guys would make the team better now and in the future.
