    Hopefully Rex focuses on the game and not the press. I'm truely surprised on how many "experts" are picking the Colts. I just don't see that big of a difference to have it sway that much in one way. I understand that the AFC was way better but the Bears had a very good record too.

    I love college baseball as well. I go to a lot of Alabama and Troy games. I'm heading down to Troy, Alabama, next weekend for the Troy/Arkansas series. Then in April, baseball is in full force with the MLB and with the minor leagues. We have the Montgomery Biscuits here in my hometown and we're the defending Class AA Southern League Champs. Please let me know how Dombroski (Kentucky) does against your boys!

    I agree and if the Cubs just want him as a 1 year I don't want this deal to happen. I wonder how much Lou might have with this deal if it is really happening? Were the Mariners one of the teams interested in Jones when he was a free agent last year? For some reason I thought they were.

    For Rog it's win win. He gets to rest for an extra month or so and then get paid like he's played the whole year. It's funny how the press jumps all over a Sosa for showing up late but give Clemens a free pass time and time again for doing this. Even his little protege Pettite went that route.

    I'm ready for April to get here as well. Even though I'm in Alabama, it's cold and depressing down here also. I'm planning on making a trip to Chi-Town for the series at Wrigley against the Reds the weekend of April 14th. Welcome to the forum! Cold? What's cold in Alabama? :D

I've seen Dickerson on M&M before and I don't know why he hasn't been on.

I haven't heard a word from him but I'm curious on what he thinks. Also how about Dickerson, he was a Indy Colt if my memory serves me right.

The Bears have ex-players coaches who are constantly on the radar of the media, whether the Bears are good or bad. The Colts, at least the Indy version, don't. This isn't a case of two politicians fighting for equal time. True and I'm sure you would feel that way if it were the other way around.

    Well, Shula is on now. I've heard that most ex-Baltimore Colts hate the Indy folks. And I don't think there are any ex-Indy Colts worth talking about. Although Jim Harbaugh should be there somewhere. Yeah but do you notice he just talks about being a Miami coach? Perhaps because he has very little pride in his association with the current version of the Colts? Thus proving he's not a Indy guy.

    Talk about a lack of respect, I see a bunch of former Bear players and Ditka on Mike and Mike while I have yet to see an Ex Colt.

    I'm not sure Durant might not pass up Oden. You may have to "settle" for Oden at #2. Durant is just a freak. Tough call but I think the 2 teams that get either one of these guys are going to be pleased. Durant has to POY at this point. Granted TT didn't have any one that could match up with him last night but I don't think there are too many teams that do. The Big 12 is going to be a tough out in the big dance. I remember when you guys used to be a football conference! Yeah I agree, the Big 12 is going to make some noise in the NCAA's. Matchups are always the key to winning it though. And I remember when the Big East had to earn the 5 spots in the tournament. :P Thanks to Eastern bias we get a guaranteed at least 8! Hey, you have 50% more teams in football so it's only fair we do it in basketball.
