Let's try and pitch well, Farid. And he will be Farid until he pitches better

Drop Nelson Cruz Add JD Martinez And I'm out of transactions until I switch my crappy WC pick at the All Star Break, and then make two more insignificant moves after the All Star Break. So there!!

I’m no Dodger fan, and feel like I’m defending them a bit, but they’ve been significantly injured so far.

So of the core players, is Rizz the first with an expiring contract? Who is next? Pitching, Q and Lester with one more year?

You cannot stop Manny Pina. You can only hope to contain him. Wade could not contain him.

It’s really not about this year. I mean, he could be pretty good and it wouldn’t be shocking. The issue with Jake is how will he fare over the years of th me contract and will his production justify the dollars. Good move in letting him walk.

Like a "Liorse"! It's pretty much my favorite animal. It's like a lion and a horse mixed. Bred for its skills and magic.

With an incredible mane! Like a lion. But there's no denying Bryant's dreamy eyes!

Drop K. Calhoun Add AJ Pollock

Nah. They want to lose....except when they play the Cubs.

Think they played 'tickle monster' when they were team mates??

Lots of long post and analysis in the last few pages. Can someone just condense/summarize and tell me if I'm supposed to want the Cubs to trade Russell for Machado. Because I'm really confused.
  13. PackLandVA
Freeman will be up when the Cubs retroactively put Javy on the DL.

Over/under on runs for Cubs tomorrow: 2.5 Any takers?

If a guy is great against LH batters and RH batters, does it really matter if Maddon stacks the lineup? :help:
  16. PackLandVA
Or Hunter Pence. Who would you rather punch??

Vaunted Brewers 14-1 against four of the six worst teams (currently) in baseball has certainly fattened their record. 6-14 against everyone else. BFIBs 9=0 against the Reds and White Sox 10-12 against everyone else. Vaunted Pirates Who really cares?

Yankees without a world championship in 9 years! And the calendar keeps flipping.
