    Nah, I've seen Fonzie's car up close -- it's definitely more of a turquoise-teal thing than anything Cubbie blue. That photo just makes it look darker than it is. Well I took that picture so ive seen it up close myself and I remember it being the same color as it appears in the pic.     OK, from the casual visitor's view it looks like the moderators are being a little heavy-handed in their dealings with some posters.

    I'm going to word this carefully. If you don't stop using pictures in 95% of your posts, I'm going to ban you. Can you back that up, that he used pics in 95% of his posts? And so what if he did? If they were objectionable wouldn't the user have been banned for using that offense already? It would seem to me that moderators tossing around the ban thread, for trivial issues, is a lot worse for a message board than an overabundance of pictures.

    Meh, I mentioned that Dusty finally decided prior had enough and that he wasnt sharp in the 7th despite a 1-2-3 inning. There is so much you can discuss about that game and series, it would fill a book. Prior never should have gone out for that 8th inning. He wasn't sharp in the 7th as all 3 outs were hard hit balls. Prior had lost it at that point.

    If they go to a 15 team league format with interleague play throughout the season, do you think that means the NL eventually adopts the DH? I've been leaning towards seeing it in the NL lately.

    And savor it, we'll see an improved Blackhawks team in the coming years. Agree, the hunger will be back, another season for the team to mesh, young kids getting some playoff experience...good seasons still ahead. But it still hurts.

    Seriously....we don't win that without his fantastic saves in OT. Maybe he wasn't standing on his head, but he was under constant attack in the OT. Canucks just choked..simple as that Crawford was outstanding but if Johnson doesn't come back and tip that pass on the 2-1 breakaway, the Hawks are done.

    Undoubtedly, and if that's what he wants to go after, he'll get his money. I still say when it's all said and done, he'll take a little less (but still get a ton of freaking money) to stay in STL. Yeah, but a little less from what he's asking still seems to be way out of their price range. Albert seems to indicate in his most recent quotes that what the media is reporting as his "asking price" isn't accurate. Could well just be him trying to throw the media off...but I guess we'll see. Albert also has to play an entire season in front of these weirdos and doesn't want everyone thinking he's a selfish jerk. (Not that asking for what you're worth makes you a selfish jerk, but baseball fans in general are buffoons, let alone those St. Louis sycophants I'll never understand this stance that people take against athlete's salaries; because if they were in the same position they would want as much as they could get. I guess it's easier to take the "playing for the fun of it" route when you don't have the talent to play either for the fun or the money.

    If I was a pro baseball player, I would be one of those short, gritty white guys...and I hate those type of guys, even in football.
