Ha-ha; thanks for the laugh. (Insert missing ROFL smiley here.) No Problem! But I didn't say the ONLY problem. Their pen is at the bottom of their problems. It can all be done in house no moves need to be made except re-signing Wood. -

could be, but how locked in are the non-BCS bowls to their conference/place of finish tie-ins? Oh, not at all, after the BCS bowls. "Big Ten #3" basically means "the 3rd-most interesting Big Ten team". And barring a miracle Illinois is finishing in 3rd place in the Big Ten anyways. Well, tied for third anyway. After Illinois loses this week they'll have three losses, and I'll assume they beat Northwestern. Purdont should beat Michigan State this week; next week's game at Indiana is kind of a tossup. Wisconsin probably loses this week against Michigan, which would give them four losses. Penn State has one conference game left, at Michigan State. So... Illinois finishes with three losses, Purdue and Penn State will have either three or four. The thing is, if Penn State has three losses (same as Illinois) then they'll definitely go to a better bowl than Illinois, so the fact that Illinois beat Penn State pretty much means nothing. Why? long history of their fans traveling well to bowl games Doesnt matter, Truffles math is off anyway. If U of I loses this weekend it will give them 4 losses not 3. But the Illini have a pretty good followinf also, see Sugar Bowl in 2001.

Not saying U of I won't be good, but they were playing a DII team. Exactly my point :D I know. I was mocking you in return for you mocking me. Illinois brought back it's whole team it should be good defensively. The better be good on D, because they can't score worth a crap. Yea I was hoping you knew I was joking and not trying to be an ass. You are right, U of I will live and die with D, and they really need Pruit to be the talented big man that he is, and dominate. IF Brian Randle can tap into his potential on offense and stay healthy(big if I know) the Illini wont be too bad, and could give alot of teams fits. I dont look for anything spectacular from this season, but I dont think it will be a terrible season either.

Keppinger is a improvement to Theriot/Cedeno is akin to saying a unicorns is a upgrade over leprechauns While it was only 241 AB's his numbers dwarf Theriots/Cedenos. .332 .400 .477 equals out to an almost .900 OPS. And he's been in three organizations in the past two years and couldn't find a job (Cincy, NYM, KC) and played mostly 2B and 3B in the minors. So whos to say the other 2 organizations were wrong? -
That's what I did. I seriously doubt the wife will let me go again, but I picked up the passes and now I can work on persuading her. I still have a few windows if someone wants to get some. I'm going to close them in about five minutes if I don't have any takers. Still available?

If by superstar you mean 30 points etc no he wont be. Deng can and will average 20-25 points 5-7 boards which is pretty damn good. You put Kobe on this team with Deng, and I think the 2 of them would work beautifully together. Dengs ability to slash to the basket would finally be used how it should. right. Kobe would be his "jordan" which would allow Deng to be fantastic in the "pippen" role. but we saw what pippen did with the team when jordan wasn't around (hint: nothing) I was with you up untill the bolded. Pippen led the Bulls to the Eastern Confernce Finals in the 1st year without MJ, and then got bent over on a call that kept him from leading that team to the NBA Finals. -
