So then the question is how does he ever get past the 146 innings or so? Sooner or later you have to let him just pitch, especially considering how effective hes been as a starter. I think they definately need to keep an eye on his pitch counts and such, but we arent talking about some 21 year old top prospect just coming up. Marshall will be 27 this season, and eventually he needs to be left alone and just left to pitch.
