  1. Ok guys fake rally, or they just going to die quietly tonight? I think they will die quietly tonight
  2. Yea, I'm pretty much 100% in favor of this. Throw third base across the field and everything. If he's in the clubhouse already, throw Miles across the room alternatively. Not even to get the Cubs going. Just do it because I'm about to fall asleep from boredom. Yea Im glad this game is on CSN because I have a feeling Lous postgame interview is going to be funny.
  3. i know. that's what we said. Yea I dont know what else you would call it. it's the same thing with his constant hit and runs when we're not scoring, calling out guys when they have one bad game, trying soriano out of the leadoff spot multiple times but only for a game or 2 (and then claiming he actually tried it), bencing good hitters because they make a defensive mistake even though the alternative is clearly worse, etc.... I agree 100%, and I really think Lou being so uptight may be part of the problem in the playoffs.
  4. At least we have 4 thru 6 coming up in the 9th. Oh wait...we've got the weakest hitting 4 thru 6 in baseball nevermind.
  5. A small earthquake was just reported in the Stl area around Busch Stadium
  6. Yea the loss of ADAM is killing us. Freaking Eve needs to step or or we are screwed. It's called safari auto-correct, tuff guy. ARAM. :D
  7. Hudson got hurt last night though, but yes Hudsons numbers are fantastic this year
  8. Yea the loss of ADAM is killing us. Freaking Eve needs to step or or we are screwed.
  9. 12 runs down with 6 outs to go, this game is over
  10. That was Jonesish type throw. Pitch out Lou? HAHA
  11. So what is the suggestion? You cant lose your top offensive player and expect a career minor leaguer and 2 journeymen utility players to fill the void. If no trade is going to happen. we need something. Guess what Jake Fox is? A career minor leaguer, just like Hoff was last year. We need the Milton Bradley, Mike Fontenot, Soto, Lee, and everyone else to start hitting like they are capable plain and simple. If those guys were hitting like they were expected, we would be scoring runs.
  12. I understand your frustration, but hes probably been our best or 2nd best hitter in the month of May. 13. I understand your frustration, but hes probably been our best or 2nd best hitter in the month of May. Hard to believe but true Yeah I know, I actually just decided to go with it and say it for every Cub that made an out that inning. Yea I figured that out in your next 3 posts :D

  16. For the love of [expletive] God Jake [expletive] Fox is not the [expletive] savior, give it up. well for the love of [expletive] God, we sure as [expletive] need [expletive] something, so stop [expletive]ing telling me what to [explative] think. See, I can [explative] too to prove my point. Your a broken record man, Id guess that 80% of your damn posts since the beginning of the season have had the word Fox in there. What part of his defense is so atrocious that the Cubs dont think he can play any position at the major league level do you not get? Deal with it and get over it, because no matter how many times you post about Jake Fox, its not going to change the fact that if the Cubs thought he could help them right now, hed be up.
  17. We probably should have went with Adam Dunn. I honestly would have loved it then be angry every time he K's, which is approx. 200 times a year still adam dunn is so lovable, dunno how you can hate the guy Bradley is K-ing a ton too. Yea for all the hate Dunn gets hes quietly putting up over 1.000 OPS this year so far, while hitting .281 also.
  18. For the love of [expletive] God Jake [expletive] Fox is not the [expletive] savior, give it up.
