  1. Hodge is good now. If I remember correctly, no hit in the last 5 games.
  2. Morel. That sucks. Boyd isn't looking good so far.
  3. Cade pitched more in the last game, which was surprising to me, because he rarely pitch over 75 lately. My guess is the team is kind of testing him to see how he goes with over 80 pitches. I think the rotation should be either Boyd or Imanaga - Horton - Boyd or Imanaga, depending on who pitches better by the end of the season. Boyd looked better in the last game, but he struggled for a few games. Shota seems to be more consistent, I think he had 7 QS in a row.
  4. Yeah, for those who are being negative about the Cubs, many teams like Dodgers, Padres, Mets, even Brewers were less than .500 in the last 10 ~ 12 games. I get frustrated, too, but seeing other teams' results, the Cubs aren't too bad. The main reasons why we get so frustrated are 1. the Brewers happened to be in the same division, 2. the Cubs were awesome early in the season with harder schedule, but they're not lately, I'm talking about the offense, of course.
  5. Yeah, I feel much better with Kittredge. I don't want to be a prophet, just because of Ben Brown.
  6. Jeez, Keller is up. Maybe, Brown will be the closer. I really don't want to see it.
  7. That was kind of funny. Shaw grounded to the 3rd, who was Brujan.
  8. Yeah, buddy. He has been great, along with Keller.
  9. I think Nico should be with the Cubs for the rest of his life.
  10. I don't think it will go like this, but I just had a thought. Keller for the 8th and Brown for the 9th inning. And, I don't want to see that.
  11. Yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking. If Hodge can pitch like last year, he would be better than Palencia. I think he's been really great in the last 3 games.
  12. Hodge is looking great, which is great, indeed.
  13. The Brewers were swept by the Rangers. Since the 5 game series against the Cubs, the Brewers were actually a few games below .500.
