    Why do you have Neifi bunt when Hawkins is all over the place? Why do you sub in Macias for Hairston when that spot in the order still has a chance to come up. Heck, why do you put Macias in at all. I hate you Dusty. If you were in any other profession, you would be fired by now.

    Apparently they, not sure who they involves besides Ron though, were running around Huntsville last night looking for a TV to watch Hill pitch yesterday but couldn't find one with the Cubs game on.

    Why? He won us one game. How many games has he cost us over the last month and a half or so with his horrible play. Add to that the fact that Cedeno is wasting development time while he sits on the bench and gets to pinch hit every couple of weeks. It may be Dusty's fault but it still completely unacceptable.

    I predict Bowden goes out and does something really stupid to keep them in the race but it actually makes their team worse. Oh wait, he already did that. Well, he will do it again.

    First of all, I probably should have said that I hate the fact that he is playing, not that I hate him. Secondly, his line is .266/.287/.374. That is pretty pathetic, especially consider his blazing hot start.

    Don't forget about David Wright. (although I guess that is against your point now that I reread it....) I also find it funny how a couple of months ago posters on this board were calling that deal a bad move and how they wanted him to earn his contract before he got it. It sounds funny in retrospect.

    It's a shame how one bad inning can ruin your ERA for the entire year. He better shape up or he might get released. I hear it's because he's a bum.

    His ERA is skyrocketing!! 0.90 is just completely unacceptable.

    If you want the second coming of JoBo, it would probably be closer to Van Buren than Dempster. Dempster has never really had good control until he has gone into the bullpen. He seems to be able to harness his stuff a lot better in the 9th than he did as a starter. Remember, with JoBo you are talking about a guy without the greatest stuff in the world but that got by on good control and guts. That sounds a lot like the scouting report on JVB to me.

    I think he has been studying Neifi's approach at the plate so he can improve his hitting ability/walk rate. I reality he is probably charting pitches.

    Not that it matters, but novia means girlfriend. To IMB, they are one in the same ;) *totally just kiddin, IMB :D* No you weren't. I also agree that Novoa should be sent down to AAA. He has absolutely no control and times. His WHIP is horrible and sooner or later his ERA will skyrocket.
