And way way more contact. What's super impressive to me is that this kid never got the boot back to Iowa last year or this year... Baez got demoted, Rizzo got demoted, Schwarber got demoted. He's here to stay. There has never been a moment where I've thought that he looks overmatched at the MLB level.

Seiya Suzuki has the 11th highest WRC+ among all outfielders since he joined the major leagues in 2022. His rookie year was the only season where he posted an OPS+ under 130. He's improved in every season since then, offensively and defensively. He deserves an extension this summer.

It's a shame that Shota fell off a cliff the 2nd half of last year, and the Cubs decided not to opt into his remaining 3 years. That contract is peanuts relative to his performance. He's pitching like an ace.

He's looked a lot better in LF in the past when given the opportunity (albeit small sample size). I agree his defense is pretty suspect, though. Great hitter but that defense will cost him a few million in free agency next year

Taking out Shaw's bat on a day where he's 2/2 with a walk. Should have waited until after the half inning to put PCA in for defense
