  1. Busch is a horsefeathers monster. At this pace he might surpass Rizzo
  2. horsefeathers proud of this team for staying in the fight, and also of Ian Happ for showing up big time this series. LFG!!
  3. Shota needs to find a way today. What happened to that guy who went into Yankees stadium in the middle of July and threw 8 IP, 1 ER. This team badly needs a performance like that
  4. that was a great win, that 9th inning had collapse written all over it and they found a way to get it done
  5. I thought Shaw turned the corner after the all star break but now he looks dazed and confused
  6. I still think they slightly dropped the ball by not doing more at the deadline, even if it was just to add more to the bullpen.
  7. If the Cubs win today, that next round matchup vs. Milwaukee will be so nuts. They owe it to the fans to find a horsefeathers way to win today
  8. The Padres scored first in each of the first 2 games, it would be nice to jump on them early.. Happ and PCA need to do something productive today
  9. What's it gonna take for this horsefeathers team to get a couple of base runners and give themselves a chance
  10. The offense has been terrible since the all star break. That's why I was concerned going into the playoffs, that was supposed to be their competitive edge. They sure as hell aren't going to blow anybody away with their starting pitching. Cease dominating today was a predictable outcome
  11. Lineup construction is not a dumb thing, otherwise the best hitters in baseball would be hitting at the bottom of the lineup instead of the top. Clearly it means something to people who are in the business.
