    I'm definitely willing to admit there is some hoop-jumping regarding Cam's eligibility. Do I need to jump through hoops to cling to the assertion that Auburn isn't in the wrong based upon what we know as facts today? Auburn University met their obligations. The NCAA provided Auburn a notice on Monday of this week that there was an amateurism violation. On Tuesday, Auburn acted accordingly and ruled Cam ineligible. come on, you know this is pathetic.

    can you explain your disdain for boise? The blue field. The hatred is completely irrational but they infuriate me, and I'm pretty sure it goes back to the Blue field. The Statue of Liberty play, the "America's Sweetheart" crap. The lack of any good teams on their schedule. The fact they can play one game a season and go to a BCS game. Yeah that is pretty irrational. I can't understand why anyone would dislike Boise State unless they were playing them. Just bothers me, and I've never liked them. I'm well aware I'm in the minority on this one. they won those bowl games, you can't really complain about them not deserving to be there.

    No, grabbing the facemask now matter how light is a 5 yard penalty and automatic first down. Its 15 if you twist them. So either way it would have been a first down. No...there is no light penalty anymore. It's 15 or nothing. The 5 yard one has been gone for 2 years. Yeah, if there's no pulling or twisting, it's not a facemask penalty anymore. If you just brush against it or bump it, it's not called anymore. and sneaky was kind enough to link us to a picture of suh with his fingers in the facemask, so we know that, while the wrong penalty was called, a 15 yard penalty was warranted.
