    Lets do what the White Sox did and trade for him, and give the Sox Soriano straight up. The question is, when trading for a GM, who are you striking the deal with? Maybe he'll trade himself to the Cubs for Soriano, Zambrano and their full contracts and send A Gon and Lester with him. I'm not sure Boston's ownership would sign off on that.     i'll go so far as to say i don't think it was well-made or anything, which was pretty disappointing. i had heard a lot of good stuff about this being something of a legit movie, but i don't think this was even a good 30-for-30.

    Well, he DID act like a raging idiot. he's supposed to just giggle about the fact that some idiot knocked the ball away? i mean, say that you don't blame bartman all you want, but alou has every right to react. he shouted for like 3 seconds and then ran back to position. i think people let their opinions of alou cloud their judgment on this one.

    ONE how on earth does anyone blame alou for this? TWO the kgonz error wasn't going to be a double play. i don't know why people think it was. i watched the game on espn classic today. it's obviously just going to be one out, and all the annoucers said the same at the time. i don't know how things changed to "could've been put of the inning."

    i really don't care that much about experience, i'd mostly like to hire someone who we don't think is stupid at baseball and a whiny jerk. sandberg fails on both counts. i hope he steps on a land mine.
