Adams is a total reach in the top 20. I bet he'd go ahead of the Bears second rounder, like you said. I think there's no doubt the Bears are going to go all out at Jermichael Finley given all the talk of TE. And then we'll get frustrated with his drops next season. which is why we can use on of those extra thirds to swap picks with somebody at the top of the second.

Theo's don't exist in the nfl. There was no top notch candidate they didn't have a chance with. when the raiders moved quickly on mckenzie, we were screwed.

how far do you think mike adams will last? walterfootball has us taking him at 19 but that seems like a pretty big reach. if we could come out of the first two rounds with floyd and adams, that would be an unbelievable start. we may have to trade up in the second, but we have an extra pick in the third, so there you go. sign jermichael finley, you've added 3 impact starters and bookended your tackle position.

Stuck at work, and we have pretty much all streaming radio options blocked. I'll give Berstein credit for his view on Paterno, he's got it absolutely right, the Phil Knight speech was disgusting. For him to gloss over and minimize what Paterno choose to deny/ignore and accuse the press of vilifying him, along with that idiot applause after each sentence, was unbelievable. Hell, I thought the press wasn't hard enough on Paterno. i had a fb diatribe the other day on this subject.

we don't exactly need an ivy league egghead to be successful, but it would help.

that's not weird, that's worrisome. despite all evidence to the contrary, he's still paying lip service towards balance. the most successful teams, including the 2 in the super bowl, have consistently used the run to catch teams off guard, to the tune of around 60/40. we need to pass to keep up, and we have the guy to do it.

I don't see how they can get one of their GM candidates that got eliminated in the 1st round of interviews to make a lateral move from the Giants to Bears. wouldn't director of player personnel be a promotion from director of college scouting?
