Was on a "Cubs Cruise" on the lake after a cubs-cards game in '01, Kerry was on the deck in the back of the boat signing autographs. I was in line waiting for Kerry to sign a baseball. Then his fiance I believe, Sarah was standing by his side when a bystander from the top deck leaned over and puked all over her. She was not so hot at that moment. How did Kerry react? Better than Zambrano would've (Poor man would be sick and have his head stuffed up his ass).

Hendry said earlier in his press conference that the doctors have thoroughly examined Harden. Harden was in Chicago this past weekend. Did Hendry say that? Wow. No. He lost to the White Sox on Sunday (5.0 IP, 95 pitches, 3R/2ER).

Kidding aside, does anyone think that the Cubs could at this point? Adding Hudson to the mix would be amazing. I don't think we'll make a splash with someone like Hudson, no. I think a lower option like Wolf or Maddux could happen. I think we might add to the bullpen by getting into the mix for Fuentes. Other than that, I think we're set. I would rather we let Marshall pitch over going for Wolf or Maddux. Hopefully Hill keeps going and gets back, making this completely mute if Marshall can't keep it going. Hudson would be great, but unlikely at this point, as I don't know who Atlanta would want. It probably would start with Pie and Veal.

Larry's on his 3rd uni number as the Cubs PC (47, 41, 40). I don't think he'll have a problem giving up No. 40 for Harden. Maybe he should go with 44. Fox has it now, but I doubt he comes back.
