    Horton and at the time Cabrera aside, I had little confidence in this rotation coming into the season. Was just hoping that Steele could return in time and be affective enough to help Horton and Cabrera. Boy did things go sour once the season started

    Not that I have much confidence in him with this but if there is any kind of offseason with player movements, Cubs will have a decent opportunity to really change their roster up pretty big if they choose to. 4 guys tied to contracts in Swanson Bregman PCA and Maton for a total of 97 mil. Not saying he is or should get 20 new players, just saying that if there ever will be an opportunity for him to change up the look of this roster even a little bit, this offseason could be his best opportunity to do it.
