    I think it helps some hitters or even a lineup that been cold all together to get a different look/routine in for a couple games, it's something that has been done before. That was just my thoughts, I dont care where theyre moved to, I just think they need a different look then Happ and Morel in the 3-4 slot, I know Morel has a HR in back to back games and hopefully it gets him going but overall they have 2 guys hitting behind their top 2 on base guys and not doing much,

    Two things should happen til they get Bellinger and Suzuki back.. They need to shake up the batting order and hope that a change on routine can help. Also Need to send down a couple of their weak reserves and bring up fresh bats to see if they can provide a spark and bring some energy to the offense. Bullpen can't be blowing leads, but the offense can't just be scoring 1-2 runs a game and expect that to be enough.

    He's out of options, so only thing they can do if they dont want to lose him completely by DFA cause he would likely get claimed is to IL him and hope that the lab can fix him. Season is early, the bullpen need Alzolay later in season when he's right.

    Not saying these guys, but I have been waiting for a team to have a bullpen with guys who are somewhat failed starters but can go 3-4 innings, to be used somewhat like they do for the playoffs when they pull starters after twice through the order. 2 RH, 2 LH long guys

    This just might be Mervis last weekend as a Cub, he looks so lost up there with zero confidence in his eyes. Maybe a change of scenery trade will help him

    He's a guy, he's not upper or lower, he's in between with his production., he's average. He's a 250 hitter, with a high 700s OPS, and 20 HR power

    Exactly, when we take a breath after a tough loss as a fan, we need to realize that in month 1, they lost 3 SP from opening day, their top set up man in the bullpen, their 2 best run producers, and a couple others that missed days here and there. So, going into Month 2 only being a game out is pretty good when you consider how much worse it probably should be considering what they have gone through in month 1.

    Ian Happ is just a guy, meaning he's an average player that easy to replace and upgrade from. He has his little hot moments here and there that gets people excited with his potential but for the most part his bat is quiet. Depending on how things look with Caissie, PCA, and maybe even Alcantara at the end of the season, I wouldn't be surprise if Hoyer looks to move him and his remaining 2 yrs of 40 mil.
