Happ needs to start taking control out there, how many times have we seen balls drop in front of him because he's not yelling off the infielder.

That why I hope he doesn't walk too many today, he might try to stay off the plate and end up in deep counts and walk a few.

Hope so, cause that could be the difference today, as far as solo shots and hitting them with guys on base.

He's definitely a must sign, and I wish they would get it done sooner rather then later. I think if he gets to the open market, theres going to be a team or two that will offer something crazy that TR won't come close to matching, especially if he has a strong second half.

Yea but im sure they'll ask Rockies to eat money and they can always trade him in offseason. Not saying they should, just think he could be on their radar. I personally hope Shaw sticks and just at least show some improvement offensively, it also wouldn't be a problem if they were getting better production out of Swanson and now the Catcher spot.

McMahon is probably the guy they look to get if Shaw numbers aren't in an upwards climb by the deadline, they could platoon the two, he can also play 2B to give Hoerner a breather against some RHers.

Is it me or do they fail often in moving runner from 2B with no outs.
