First of all there were a couple posters guessing on injury, so I threw my guess out there. They showed a replay of him taking an awkward swing in his last AB when they were trying to figure out when he got hurt, so that was my guess. Next, you know as well as everyone when the Cubs get an injury they downplay it for a couple days and then they end up putting them on IL.

Cubs need to upgrade from Brujan, he really provides nothing for them. Berti has the base stealing ability Turner gives them the veteran presence ala Grandpa Ross. They need a guy who can actually provide some pop and hit a little off the bench
