Yeh it mid May and a million things can happen between now and Mid July, but watching this crap offense and depleted pitching, cant help to look ahead and wonder if things dont get better for this team, what Jed will do at the deadline cause I doubt he'll be in the buyers category. He should be on the hook for being fired if they dont make the postseason, but i know Ricketts wont eat that salary owed

That all it is, theyve had plenty of opportunities to be better than where their at the past 50 games but because of injuries and alot of leaving opportunities on the bases from the offense that could of helped them win a few more games, they are where they are. We just need to hope these next 50 games they stay healthy and continue to get the same opportunities with guys getting on base and come through more often then not to hopefully win games. Those guys are the heart of the lineup that supposed to produce runs, we seen the stats that was posted the other day what theyve done with RISP and it wasn't good, so this chart shouldn't be a surprise.

They could waive him and pray another team picks him up..lol Release him and just eat what 12 mil or so owed to him Remaining salary this year, 6 next season, and assuming the 3 mil buyout for 2028
