Like seeing PCA bunting more but not there, needed him to swing the bat to get that run home, especially with Swanson up next. Then he doesn't know the outs 🙄

I know you all dont like batting average but Swanson .189 , yikes... And I hate when he bats behind Crow, he gives him little to no chance to steal.

I can see him being stretched out to at least 80-85 pitches, and if he continues to pitch well, they have to keep him in the rotation. Steele return will be slow and questionable for at least the first few starts, and Boyd isn't exactly reliable, especially now after this injury. Hopefully Hoyer can get a TOR type starter at the deadline, id be satisfied with a rotation of... New starter, Imanaga, Cabrera, Brown, Steele Rea, Taillon, Boyd they can put in bullpen, trades, whatever they see fit for them. They're all 35 and likely wont be with them next season.
