Hopefully we get a Chapman in WS game 7 type performance with these guys. -
I predict that during a critical part of this game, the ghost of Ryno will cause a Padres infielder to completely whiff on a routine grounder Leon Durham style which will lead to multiple runs.

Athletic article this morning: "Miller threw the fastest postseason pitch of the pitch-tracking era (2008-present) at 104.5 mph, and he became the first big-leaguer to strike out the first eight hitters he faced in postseason play." Normally I'd be like typical Cubs but nobody is hitting what this guy has been throwing the past couple days. As a baseball fan it's fun to watch. I hope we don't have to see him anymore this season though!

I was only 3 in 1984 so I don't remember any details from watching baseball, I just know I did from what my parents told me. My daughter is 3 now and loves watching games with me so its only fitting that the Cubs get revenge from 1984. -
