  1. I wouldn't want to trade Lee, but since you brought it up, Lee + Pie for Loney + Kemp would be tempting during the offseason. Just tempting!? I'd do that in a heartbeat.
  2. We're dealing with some serious isht here
  3. I definitely agree with this, and I think a big reason for the dropoff in pitching is a corresponding dropoff in defense, especially in the infield. They played way over their heads defensively for the first couple of months and are now coming back to earth, showing to be a very beatable team.
  4. google says it took me .39 seconds to find the answer to this question
  5. Yes, because I also heard that he was at the first game of the current series and was sitting in the front row, down the first base line, listening to the Brewer radio broadcast on his headphones. He jumped up and pumped his fist when Rickie Weeks went to make the turn on Derek Lee's double play ball. The motion distracted Weeks and sent the ball soaring off-line, right into the seat next to Bartman. =D>
  6. This is such a dumb post. If you haven't questioned Lou's management of the bullpen this year, you are quite probably [expletive]. EDIT: Meaning "you" in a general sense, not the poster specifically
  7. I selected all three because I could. I think this guy is really Steve Phillips conducting a SportsNation poll incognito.
  8. Just wanted to rub it in that I was at the game. Had great seats, sat next to a ton of [expletive] Brewers fans. This game definitely cracks my top five.
  9. Your posting here is becoming less and less constructive Beertown, ElCaballo is one of the good non-Cub fans on this site, so chill my friend, and don't treat him like some random ESPN troll trash. You're right. I don't know what I was thinking. http://www.northsidebaseball.com/Forum/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=49777&st=0&sk=t&sd=a&start=25

  14. It's normally about 1/3 Cubs fans. I'd expect quite a bit less for this series. Should be a lot of animosity and a hell of a good time. I'm going to game 1.
  15. I'll be there tomorrow night, so they'll win that one. 3 out of 4
  16. God what was he thinking when he signed that contract. At that price, and for that many years under control, he is easily the most valuable player in the majors.
  17. So where is this awful defense from Hanley I keep hearing about? His arm's not great, but his range looks above average.
