    I think he'd be the logical choice. Perhaps a resumption of the Pie Johnson platoon.It'd be nice to count on good defense there every day

    As a Brewer fan I dont care if he is around, I hate them. But of course if he was a Brewer announcer im sure I would love them. Well, you won't find any love for Brian Anderson and the color guy (Bill something?) that do the Brewers games here. That said, BA is slighly more tolerable that Darren Sutton ever was. Bil Schroeder makes Joe Morgan look like Bob Brenly LMAO, no... That was mostly tongue-in-cheek, but really, really fun to type. But seriously, Bill Schroeder is among the worst out there.

    Edmonds did not have less than a .375 OPS when the Cubs picked him up. I think he had a -10 OPS+ somewhere along the way He had a negative OPS+ (Cubs stats only) about a week into his Cub career. My bad

    It's 10-0 without all those runs the D-backs scored. The Cubs are also undefeated if you take out all the times they were.....defeated. Cubs haven't played a game if they didn't play those games. CUBS are 0/0 on days they are not scheduled to play. Go CUBS !!

    What's even sicker is that the Cubs picked a guy up this year with a worse OPS and NONE of TPJ's defensive prowess. It worked out ok, but still.
