Welp that concludes a nightmare 9 days for Spurs UCL hopes. I think the only thing that went right was Villa winning their first leg last Thursday. A particular fuck you goes out to Arsenal. They couldn’t have done any more to screw over Spurs and I’m really looking forward to them digging the knife in deeper by beating Spurs 3-0 next weekend.

What’s the team wide meltdown? Been watching the other match. I saw they weee up 1-0 and got the straight red and are now on the verge of going out.

This Dortmund game is wild. Dortmund was 2-0, then it was 2-2. Now Dortmund just scored twice in 4 minutes and it’s 4-2.

They've also scored 1 run in three other games which means in 9 of their 16 games so far, the White Sox have scored 0 or 1 run.

We know how this goes. They keep him on the roster to see how he does, maybe he pinch hits once, then they finally put him on the IL next Tuesday when it hasn’t gotten better.

You seemed unnecessarily aggressive for a moderator and came off as kind of a dick. Outshined_One had a much better response to the same post and yet you still felt the need to come over the top in your response to the same post. Then when Old Style responded, you again were super aggressive with your response. You're a moderator right? Act like one. If a kid in a class calls a teacher a jerk, are you okay with the teacher responding by calling the kid a jerk? I'm not absolving Old Style from blame in this whole thing. It just seems like a situation that escalated unnecessary and both sides share blame.

That was not ideal. Liverpool is good enough to overturn that but I certainly can’t count on it. Go Arsenal next Wednesday I guess since I have a hard time seeing West Ham moving on as well.

They both had pretty similar schedules down the stretch. In the last 10 games, both teams play the three title challengers and Chelsea. Spurs also get at Newcastle. Spurs do get Burnley and Sheffield in the last two games, and both could be regelated by then. But it wouldn’t be too shocking for them to get like 2 points out of Liv/Ars/City/Che/New, especially with the last two being on the road. Stamford Bridge is a house of horrors for Spurs even when they’re good and Chelsea isn’t.

He got a hit today to raise his average to .212. Oh wait that's his OPS this year. And yes I know it's only been 30 PA's and guys have these stretches all the time.

Yep. Hoping the Hammers can knock them out but that’s only because if either Arsenal or West Ham advance, it will almost guarantee England’s 5th place team gets a UCL spot next year. And I don’t particularly want to root for Arsenal.
