If it was that easy to just take a bunch of steroids and hit 60 homers in a season, why weren't other guys able to do it?

Which of those other four would you put above Bayern? Barcelona maybe, though they don’t seem to be quite as good as in years past. Definitely not Dortmund and probably not Atletico. And I never trust PSG either once it comes to the knockout stages.

Yep. Especially in Leverkusen’s case since I’m sure they’ll lose some players this summer and maybe the manager too so the team that competes in the UCL next year will likely be a diminished version.

Feb 22 Wemby was an assist away from a 5x5. He then put up a 5x5 the very next night. There have only been 22 now in NBA history and only 2 players have done it more than once (Hakeem 6 times and Kirklenko 3 times). Wemby almost goes 5x5 on back to back nights in his rookie year. Just wild.

Seems like a logical deal for both sides. Bellinger can hit FA next year if he has another good year and the Cubs aren’t handing out a huge deal based off one bounce back season.

I was hoping the KC kicker would win the game with a FG in OT so we could see if he would actually get named the MVP. In that scenario he would have been 5-5, hit a game tying FG in regulation, a game winning FG in overtime plus the longest ever kick in a Super Bowl. They probably still give it to Mahomes but a kicker going 5-5 and being responsible for 16 of the 22 points would have had a good case.

But you’re probably going to score anyway. There’s no need to try to reach for the goal line. By stretching the ball out, the upside is probably adding fractions of a point (the difference between for sure scoring and the slim chance of getting stuffed twice or more from the 1). However the downside is potentially costing yourself 6 or so points, which is what he did. The slim upside just isn’t worth the risk.

Have to know the situation. If he doesnt stretch the ball out, it’s either 3rd and 1 or 1st and goal from the 1, depending on where he goes down. No need to stretch the ball out there.
