    After giving up a base hit to Rollins to start the game, he gave up a home run to Victorino. The two earned runs are already more runs than he allowed this year at AAA.

    I would have liked to see Chelsea win today if for no other reason than to make Wednesday's game between Chelsea and Man U interesting. It's not likely that either team will field its top squad. Oh well, there's still the FA Cup final to look forward to.

    Wouldn't matter as long as Ward touched first. Does Ward even matter with just one out? So long as Murton scores and they don't double us up, wouldn't the run count? Either Ward or Blanco had to touch 1st or 2nd base respectively. If neither touches and the Nationals tag 2nd and 1st then it's a force DP and Murton's run doesn't count. As long as one of them touches then it eliminates the DP and Murton's run counts.
