  1. Well, the only shocking thing about the Lakers losing tonight (at least to me) was that they only lost by 9 points. I thought for sure that they would lose by 20. Oh well, a loss is a loss.
  2. What if the Warriors were being fouled and nothing was called? Just sayin'. You and Raisin keep beating this point into the ground. I GET IT. You think they missed a foul call or two late. My point was, don't you think the refs missed a foul call earlier in the game that benefited Golden State? You do know Golden State was down 21 in the second quarter and came back. Don't you think it's not only possible but likely that the refs made or missed a couple calls there that helped the Warriors. Like I said before, everything evens out in the game. One call goes the Warriors way and one goes Dallas' way. Christ, you and Raisin are making this out to be a bigger deal than the Kings-Lakers Game 6 in 2002. You want to witness a team who got jobbed, it was the Kings in that game (which I will freely admit). But the Warriors didn't get screwed over. Not at all. Everything doesn't even out in one NBA game. One game is far too short for the calls to even out. This all started because I said "the refs didn't help [the Warriors]" and you disagreed. If the refs missed some calls down the stretch, thus hurting the Warriors, I don't see how what I said isn't false. Just because this wasn't as bad as Kings-Lakers doesn't mean the refs missed calls and mistakes weren't made. The Warriors lost the game not the refs. That's it. That's all that matters.
  3. I would think Milan is the favorite to take home the championship in Athens in a few weeks.
  4. I'd love to see what Gattuso did there that got Scholes ticked off. EDIT: And that retaliation by Ronaldo shows they are all but giving up as he would miss the final if by some miracle Man U comes back and gets two goals.
  5. SHUT UP YOU STUPID ANNOUNCER. It doesn't end the game. Man U still only needs two goals you moron.
  6. And there's a third for Gilardino.
  7. Well if the officials made bad calls that helped Golden State early in the game that helped the Warriors come back, wouldn't Dallas have a right to complain that the Warriors shouldn't have even been in the game in the fourth quarter? You can't just ignore three and a half quarters worth of game play and focus on a couple minutes.
  8. I don't understand why one of the announcers keeps saying that a third Milan goal finishes the game when it doesn't. Man U would still need two goals. The only difference would be if Man U did get two goals, the game would go into extra time (if Milan had three opposed to two) rather than Man U winning.
  9. Yeah. The ref very easily could have called that a penalty kick. Man U needs to put one in immediately.

  11. Except the 3 by Dirk after what was a pretty obvious walk late in the game. Not sure how that didn't hurt the Warriors. Or how two Warrior players shooting 3-pointers and being hit but not getting FTs doesn't hurt the Warriors. And the refs didn't miss any foul calls that would have given the Mavericks free throws at some point in the game? It all evens out. They miss a call on Dallas, they miss one on Golden State. Why do you keep bitching and moaning about this? You've already admitted that the Warriors blew the game. They didn't need any help from the refs. Whether or not you think the refs missed a call or two down the stretch, the Warriors blew the game. It's that simple. That's all that matters. The Warriors had chances to win. The refs didn't make the Warriors miss their last 8 shots, go scoreless for the final 3:20, and allow Dallas to go on a 15-0 run to end the game. The Warriors did that. Not the refs.
  12. Can you take Cesar Izturis with you?
  13. Except the 3 by Dirk after what was a pretty obvious walk late in the game. For the third time, every star gets that call. Kobe doesn't get called for a walk. LeBron? Nope. Duncan? Only by Joey Crawford. Walk or not, the refs aren't going to call it. The way they call traveling in the NBA, they probably wouldn't have called that on a good player either. Traveling in the NBA is ridiculous and you practically have to pick up the ball and run with it to get called for one.
  14. I hate you Cesar with every fiber of my being.
  15. Man U hasn't scored on the road against Milan in a long time (I don't remember exactly what he said) and now they need 2. Things looking bleak right now.
  16. What? I'm not sure why this is confusing to you but the refs had no effect on the game. The Warriors lost it. No blame can be placed on the refs. None.
  17. And then they swing at the first pitch.
  18. I like that Milan isn't taking its foot off the pedal and are still taking it to Man U. They got complacent last week and it cost them. And it's 2-0 now.
  19. HBP. Still no hits in the inning for the Cubs.
