    The Pirates beat the Cards with the Pirates ACE on the mound The Astros beat the Crew with the Astros ACE on the mound... You'd think the Cubs would have a good chance of winning with their "ACE" on the mound against someone who's on the downhill side of his career...but no, our "ACE" sucks! This is a huge loss! Now that the Pirates and Stros can throw the rest of their crappy rotation out against the Cards and Crew...I don't think there's much hope for the rest of those series for Cub fans. And don't think it gets any easier for us...remember that guy Penny?? Yeah, he goes tomorrow.. Don't worry, Yost will find a way to make the Brewers lose no matter. There is a very tangible reason the team has 15 come from behind losses of 3+ runs this year, he has no clue at all how to run a bullpen. The Cubs have won the division as far as I'm concerned, the Cardinals don't have the talent right now and Yost renders the Brewers talent impotent. How ticked were you when he double switched out Ryan Braun and then Braun's spot in the order came up in the eighth?

Because I'm pissed off like all hell right now because of how pathetic Z has been over the last month. He flat out sucks. It was an overreaction and I took it back. Deal with it.

    Rot in Hell? That's a little harsh. Yeah, it probably is. But the big baby needs to pull his head out of his ass, grow up, and control his damn emotions during the game. It's not that hard to do. He's supposed to be the ace of this staff and just signed a $90M contract. It's September and the Cubs are in the pennant race and, over the last month, he hasn't done a single thing to help the Cubs' chances.

    Zambrano now has the worst ERA out of all of our starters. He's up to 4.26 while Jason Marquis is at 4.2.

    I just realized that Yost double switched out Ryan Braun. He would be batting right now but instead it's Vinny Rottino with runners on second and third with two outs. Rottino grounded out to end the inning. 8-7 Astros. Well done Ned.
