Yeah, I was kind of surprised he argued it. I think he argued it because that same strike also got called in his other ABs. It'd be one thing if Hill got that corner, but Ramirez has consistently been getting rung up on that pitch today. If it's been being called a strike all day when Rammy's batting, he should have swung and shouldn't be surprised that it was called a strike again. It's not like the ump had been calling that pitch a ball with Rammy up today. It was a close pitch that the ump had called a strike a couple pitches earlier and there were two strikes in the count. You've got to protect.
