  1. Moreso, when you have the worst starting QB in the NFL by a wide margin. =D>
  2. What the hell was that, Urlacher?
  3. What was the problem with Orton there? Throwing into double coverage.
  4. Not sure how that sack or the upteenth drop by Clark is Orton's fault. He has 2 good players around him. Our offense as a unit sucks something fierce. I don't see the point in throwing it to a crappy TE in double coverage. That's begging for an interception. Orton isn't making good decisions WITH time.
  5. Bad kick by Maynard after he kicked out of his own endzone. Yes, penalty on Pitt!
  6. Orton officially needs to go away. Take Clark with you.
  7. Because he won't get a chance to muff/fumble it?
  8. Bobby Wade needs to go away.
  9. Plz don't fumble, Wade.
  10. Everyone's slipping in that heavy snow. Wow, the snow is pretty.
  11. Minnesota leads it 13-6 at the half.
  12. Which is why you don't pull him until you see what happens in the 3rd quarter. If the Bears go down by 3 scores, put him in. If they stay close, keep Kyle in. A lot should be decided by the 1st possision of the half. Just because Orton has improved doesn't mean that he's stopped playing badly. He's got a lot to improve to be playing average.
  13. Moose is playing better too - he's actually caught some passes. :)
  14. Do you think that Orton is the reason they are losing? Do you think that if the defense plays better in the 2nd half that Orton can lead them back? I would question tossing Rex in a game like this on the road. He's going to press, and make mistakes. I think if the defense can give the O one break, they can win this game. If the Steelers score on the 1st possension of the second half, though, then maybe you do change to Rex. No, Orton's not the reason they're losing. But 3 points in a half isn't going to win the game even if the Bears' D plays well. No, Orton can't lead the team back/Turner won't open up the playbook. I just want Grossman to get some snaps - the Bears aren't going to win the game anyways.
  15. The Bears are down by 10+ points, Pitt's weakness on defense is when the offense stretches the field, and the Bears can't stretch the field b/c of Orton whether it is b/c of the play call or Orton's inability is more than reasoning to bring in Grossman. Agreed. I've been a big proponent of sticking with Orton, but in my mind it's time for Grossman after the half. I think if you make a change, you make one early in the week so Rex can prepare. Doesn't matter, Rex got 25% of the snaps, which is very low, but he got some snaps. The Bears aren't going to win with Orton today, they need Rex to come in and spark the offense. He needs some in-game PT before Orton is benched.
  16. Way to waste the last timeout by letting that play clock get down.
  17. Moose has been huge on this drive.
  18. Why? Orton is not the reason they are losing at all. Not like Orton has done much to help the team. If the defense could stop anyone it would still be 7-3. 3 points wouldn't win the game. That was a nice play by Moose. Wow, how didn't Pitt pick that off?
  19. Why? Orton is not the reason they are losing at all. Not like Orton has done much to help the team.
  20. Now Alex Brown hurt.
  21. The fumbles keep bouncing Pittsburgh's way. :(
  22. Minnesota up 10-3 now.
