  1. Lofa!
  2. Wow, nice catch by Seneca Wallace. And one play later, Seattle scores! :D
  3. I'm shocked! :D
  4. The Cubs fan in you should hate him.
  5. Joe Buck meet the mute button.
  6. If I hadn't had to give my Bettis jersey to the police last week, I'd be dancing wearing that now. Err, you can't leave us hanging like that. Why did you have to give the jersey to the police?
  7. Good play call on the touchdown. Congrats, Robot Devil.
  8. Ouch, Jake Plummer.
  9. Yep, and I'd make a hard push form him. I won't blame Paxon if he decides to stay in Detroit, though. Ok, that's what I thought. I wouldn't expect him to come to the Bulls, but if the Bulls were able to sign Wallace, it'd open up a lot of opportunities in the draft.
  10. Isn't Ben Wallace a FA too?
  11. Gansey is a beast, that's all you need to know. The good: UCLA nearly came all the way back from a 20-pt deficit. The bat: Farmar getting stolen in the backcourt down 3 with less than 10 seconds. It's another disappointing close loss at Pauley to a ranked team. And another close loss at Pauley on Saturday. I don't care if Mata, Fey, Shipp, and Bozeman are out - this is disappointing.
  12. Argh, West Virginia beat UCLA at Pauley 60-56. :( Didn't get to see the game, gonna breeze through it now on TiVo.
  13. No. Only two other teams besides Pittsburgh and Carolina have even won two road games in a row in the playoffs (95 Colts and 96 Jags). Guess what? TWO teams are winning three games in a row and going to the Super Bowl this year. Pittsburgh will beat Denver 17-14. I thought that New England won three in a row on the road in 85 to get blown out by the bears in the Super Bowl. Yeah, that's what I thought too but didn't mention it because I was only 2 at the time and too lazy to look it up on Google.
  14. Don't forget series65 is a Seahawks fan too.
  15. And now he's crusading against Californians! When will it end???
  16. Not shocking, but RB CJ Gable commited to USC.
  17. Why aren't you? Tickets sold out. It's really hard to get tickets to the student section for USC, Arizona, Cal and Stanford. I did get tix to the Arizona game. :)
  18. UCLA wins 66-45. Up next, #17 West Virginia at Pauley on Saturday.
  19. Haha, good ol' Tim Floyd. He totally lost it and got a T. UCLA now up 49-23. Man, I wish I was in the Bruin Den tonight...
  20. And improved our chances at a higher lottery pick while winning. :)
  21. A little under 6 minutes left in the first half and UCLA leads USC 29-7. EDIT: 39-19 at the half. Nick Young held to 3 points, Gabe Pruitt to 2.
  22. The tents and sleeping bags are outside Pauley - it's rivalry week in LA and USC is coming to Westwood! Freshman Alfred Aboya, who was injured in the loss to Washington on Saturday, has been cleared to play. Cedric Bozeman, who was earlier thought to be out for the year because of torn cartilage in his shoulder has actually started practicing again.
  23. Heath Miller grades out similarly to these players and he has had a very large impact to the Steelers this year once incorporated into the offense. He torched the Colts in the first half on Sunday. Their passing game had more impact (albiet slightly) than last year despite losing their second most productive receiver and injuries to Big Ben. Was this due in some part to Ben's continual development? Sure, but you can not underestimate the impact that Miller has had on that offense. I think a pass catching TE would add a much needed dimention to this team. Simply put, our TE's are a black hole and pose almost no threat to to anyone in any situation. In my mind that's the place where our offense can be improved instantly. I guess we'll agree to disagree here. This is a good/deep TE draft and I wouldn't be upset if we picked one in the first or second round. Agreed. but are any of the TEs projected in the first round the same caliber player as miller? I would say that (This is pretty preliminary considering no one has worked out yet) that Vernon Davis grades higher than Miller and Pope, Lewis and Fasano are around Miller's range. Higher or lower depending who you talk to. I don't think Fasano grades out Miller's range, but yeah, I'd rate Davis ahead of Miller and Pope and Marcedes about equal.

  25. I wonder what effect, if any trading Corey has on him. I doubt it has much effect. Corey knows it's a business, I would think Eric would too. I'm sure Corey wanted out of the system too and is glad to be traded.
