Mitch was fine. Pretty comfortably above average. Last drive, receivers just not getting open consistently. He did miss Wheaton on a couple plays, one on an easy pitch and catch that would have converted a 3rd and 9, the other on the last drive which I'll chalk up to their lack of timing together due to Wheaton's constant injuries. I'm really excited for next year. Obviously, we have Goff and Wentz as recent examples of guys who have struggled as rookies to go on to MVP caliber sophomore seasons. And honestly, Trubisky's been much better than Goff was last year. His over QB rating looks similar to Wentz's last year, but his numbers are boosted by not throwing INTs while Wentz threw for many more yards per game. This is Trubisky's 4th game with a QB rating of 88 or higher out of 6 starts. Considering he's doing it with no WR help, lost his top TE, and with a middle school offensive scheme, I have extremely high hopes for 2018.
