    Oh, It's definitely not. I was just giving you, or rather the Alekhine, a hard time for no good reason. It along with your play ( until the very-very end ) seemed perfectly fine. At least to my less skilled eye.

    Perhaps I missed one somewhere but I don't see a 3 loss team jumping an 11-1 Indiana. However due to IU's schedule it is easy to see a 2 loss team like Clemson jumping them. Indiana played one real team this year and lost, bad. No offense to Michigan fan, but they weren't what you usually expect this year. Of course they won't care as much as usual since they are still smiling with glee as they polish that nice trophy from last year.

    Williams would be looking the same or better than Daniels is currently because the Redskins OC would have made whatever adjustments to his offensive system to better fit to Williams versus what he is doing to fit Daniels.. We would all be buying pitch forks and meeting at Pole's house because he passed on the obvious # 1.1 pick. Daniels would be learning how to use the mouth piece joy stick that paraplegics use to move their electric wheelchairs around.

    Far from being a cop-out, I think you nailed it. Especially when, as I suspect, Poles would structure the contract with a relatively small third year cap hit if Jenkins was cut after two years.

    I don't know if it will hurt them as much as it seems. I mean as long as Dan Campbell can motivate Jalen Carter and get a pass rush from the middle of the line ... wait ... what ... they traded out of # 6 and moved down to # 12 ... Well alright, in hindsight passing on Carter and moving down to #12 plus acquiring extra draft capital was probably a good idea. So, as I was saying, Will Mcdonald IV is really off to a fast start this year. I mean he has 6 sacks and a forced fumble and if ... ah come on ... now what ... who? ... at pick 12? JESUS CHRIST .... Never mind ....

    I'd assume the pro Fields side is making similar arguments to the 1992 Jack Morris arguments. Morris was 21-6 with a 4.04 ERA and the arguments were something like "he pitches to the score" etc. Meanwhile it was the Blue Jays bats that were winning those games.

    His numbers still look bad even when you factor in how it kinda seems like 300 yards passing is the new 400+ yards passing since everyone is playing some kind of 2 deep safeties and forcing a lot of short passes. Like today he had 145 yards passing.

    Indiana being #16 and 6-0 is insane. If they somehow beat Nebraska they could be looking at 9-0 going into Michigan, Ohio State and Purdue.
