    Good game by the offense. I'm looking forward to the week I can say the same about the defense. 9 penalties for like 110 yards or something like that...that's not good.

    If the Bears make the playoffs with Orton under center, it better be his job to lose to Grossman in training camp. I am tired of all this Grossman talk and if Orton can lead us to the playoffs, there is no reason why he shouldn't start again next year.

    Seriously, I already left this debacle, I want to see UM-MSU! Since you're dying to know, my thoughts on the Texas slaughter. Mizzou's defense is awful awful awful, and Smith threw away their opportunity with 3 turnovers early. I also lost a lot of respect for Texas. Between their fans booing the refs mercilessly at the half, assistant coaches inciting the fans, and going for a TD on 4th down up 24 points in the 4th quarter, I'm hoping that OU makes it 6 straight. Agreed. We could've had a huge lead in the 1st if we hang on to the football. Because not including the short fields, our defense played good in that first quarter, and our offense had no problem moving the ball when they weren't turning it over. And of course, not recovering 1 of Vince Young's 4 fumbles. But I guess that's the difference between a great team and a bad team.

    We played them tough last year, losing 28-20... in Texas. So we might have a shot. That said, I'm expecting us to get the crap kicked out of us. I'd like to see the goalposts come down one last time before I graduate though, so hopefully we can pull off the (enormous) upset! They are better than how they have played this season. Mizzou: 31 Texas: 28 Bring down the goalposts.

    This was a tough one to swallow for the Indians. I thought Westbrook and Riske were kept in too long. Riske threw 26 pitches in the 9th, I didn't think sending him out for the 10th was a good idea. I kinda wanted Betancourt for the another inning too, but oh well. Hate to say it, but tomorrow is must win for the Indians, go Tribe!

    Yes that was a fun game. I've got a sweet farmer's tan going on now. Chase Coffman is my new favorite college player. While I really like Coffman, my favorite is Crossett. I wanted Coffman to lay out that defensive back that was jawing with him so badly though. He had about 7 inches and 30 pounds on the guy. EDIT: This week's sign of the apocolypse. Brad Smith took a snap under center. :shock: Crossett? Really, why's that? Great guy, but he's really not too good of a kicker. Way too inconsistent. Coffman is money though - he wont drop a ball all year. Coffman is incredible. I need his jersey. Unfortunately, they don't make them, and I'm too cheap to get one custom made.

    There is really no reason for them to lose to this terrible Troy team...let's hope the defense shows up this week.
