  1. Possibly. Or it could be AZ. Or Philadelphia. Or New York. The scenarios are all over the place right now. In theory, the Rockies could finish the season with the best record in the NL. Yeah, forgot about them too. Whateverm any one of them could kick the Cubs ass. True, but it beats the hell out of getting knocked around by Florida if it happened. Been there, done that. Havnt those bastards caused us enough grief? I wonder if the Marlins could actually give one of the NL playoff teams trouble (other than us, of course -- we'd get swept). I suspect that they would.
  2. Crap, Padres wet the bed there. I'm slightly worried.
  3. Enter a certain expletive beginning with f and see what happens... I did and **** came up. soap-dropping came from the word filter, which changes f-apostrphe-n into "I dropped the soap!" or something pretty close. So people decided to start substituting soap drop in as many comparable forms to the f bomb as possible. "The soap-dropping Marlins bent the Cubs over and soap-dropped them yet again." ....but this MILW game is soap dropping good.
  4. Leave this guy in. That was awesome!
  5. Within Grand Slam range. LOL, they must not realize how silly that sounds.
  6. Let's see if this next reliever craps the bed like the last one. Then I'll tell you if I'm worried.
  7. Nice job Black. Why wait until you let the Brewers get back into it? WTF???? I think we don't know how dumb some of these other managers are folks. Man that's just stupid.
  8. Christ! Ummm, get this clown out of there??
  9. Weeks 2R HR. 9-4 Padres. Come on now, get some damn outs.
  10. I'm still stinging from the Marlins though guys. 10 losses in a row to these punks. Eff that franchise and their crappy non-baseball stadium and their non-fans and their non-freaking-baseball team except for the 6 games per year they play us. Freaking Fish.
  11. I feel much better than I did a few hours ago. You have no idea! Someone forgot to tell the Brewers that we blew the division 8-)
  12. The way his night has been going, wouldn't surprise me. I'm not sure I would rule it an error (I don't know the call) -- but other 3B would have fielded it cleanly.
  13. Haha yep. I was just gonna say -- a better 3B catches that hot shot & it's a DP, Brewers out of the inning with only 1 run scored. Instead they give up 4. Braun giveth, Braun taketh away.
  14. I wish the Cubs would learn how to push runs across like this when you get the bases loaded. SD 9-2. These boys know how to play with pressure.
  15. LMAO @ Schroeder: "That took a funny hop on Ryan" Yeah. You mean as in, the kind of hop a baseball normally makes when it hits the ground? Thank you for sucking on D, Braun
  16. I have no clue. That's what happens when you are en route to a historic collapse, I guess.
  17. Crew will pounce tonight, some clown against the Crew's best starter recently. Get ready for 1 game lead and serious freak out city, folks.
  18. You'll be using that hotel room to commit suicide. Don't go alone, I'm telling you.
  19. No, if the Cubs blow this, it will be legendary by even our standards. I am freaking furious. By the time the Brewers clinch on Sunday you'll be so emotionally spent it won't even phase you. Been there, done that. It's deja vu all over again with this bullcrap team. Over & over again. And round & round we go!!
  20. wrong How so? Let me see you prove I'm wrong. By tomorrow you will be right. But if the Crew wins tonight they'd still be one back in the loss column.
